If I knew that, I'd be rich..

I don't believe any one virus is the cause of MS, but I think MS lies dormant in our body and is triggered by a virus/illness of some kind. Herpes virus-6 is a suspect, which includes Mono, Chicken Pox and Shingles.

I had a bad case of Strep throat along with Mono, when I was 19. As far as I can see, that was my trigger.

The bill is in the mail.

yeah the doc kept asking me about when I had mono... which is funny, I have never had mono. She thinks the strep throat may have been a contributor to triggering it... then again this is the same doc that doesn't believe immune suppression therapy may have triggered the Graves Disease/ Hyperthyroid to start back up after 5 years... I don't have much faith in doctors lately.

Sally on the other hand... her I have faith in!

Sally knows where we're coming from! Doctor's, on the other hand, view us as an experiment.

I don't have much faith in them anymore, either. After being told "we don't know how this medication works but we want you to take it everyday anyway".....ummmm, no thanks.

Kidneys, bladder, ureters--problems with those, why a neurologist, why not a urologist is what I'd be asking.

The funny part is after spending all day between his office and the hospital, his final conclusion was that there is nothing wrong with me. Follow up with your neuro he says...as he is writing the prescription for the antibiotic and another for vicoden... If there is nothing wrong with me why are you treating me?

He also seems to think the stuff in my urine may be from simple blood leakage... Why am I the only one concerned that there may be blood leaking into my urine??

I really feel like this is another tubal issue. The swelling, the weight gain, the constipation, the cramping... is all issues I had after getting my tubes tied. BUT, all of my ultra sounds are normal. UGH!

I am kind of to the point that if something else is wrong with my body that I don't even want to know.
