Get better soon Sally-- careful with that indoor skiing!

It was 48 degrees outside, pool was 80, I swam a mile.

I did 16 minutes on the elliptical today. It helped me get through the day (I think.)

Good job ewiz

I only swam 3/4 mile: Thunder got me out of the pool today. Geesh. I hate that.

It was just too cold in the water to swim in air that was nto even 50 degrees, so I jogged in place while watching TV for an hour. Thats not so fun...

Rode ~54.5 miles in about 3:30 ride time, 4:20 total time today. The temperature started at about 34F and never got above 40F while we were riding. It was by far the coldest I have ever been on the bike.

Forgot to add that I did a spin class friday afternoon for about 45 minutes...don't have my HR monitor handy to give details and my legs are too stiff to want to get up and go get it.
