To me it's curious that people will inject themselves with MS drugs that have some powerful side effects, but will not try exercise as best as their body will allow, which has been proven to be helpful. Or try the Swank Diet which has also been proven to be helpful.
It's the same thing with Bariatric Surgery. I don't get why people would go under the knife in this risky surgery, rather than doing the very hard work of moving more and limiting carbs and calories. I just dont seem to get that. I'm sure it makes sense to some, but I havent found a good explanation for it.
