I get weird pains, aches, and tingles when I walk, but I keep going. A lot of times my elbow really aches! totally weird, but I know its an MS thing, and I keep going. If I find the tingles are creeping ever faster, I will slow my pace. If I am very close to home, sometimes I increase my pace just to get inside.

Tingling has never really been one of my symptoms, so no, not really. After some of my tougher rides, I sometimes feel like my legs are just "buzzing" for lack of a better description, but it is more of a muscle tension and soreness kind of buzz than a numb/tingling/leg just fell asleep kind of buzz. What my neuro has always told me is to always leave a little in the tank and don't exercise to complete exhaustion. Other than that, she is fine with my working out and riding.

woke up draggin a leg, so no walks for me today. Drop foot really upsets me! of course its raining cats, and dogs and sticks to fight them with, so...best to stay home anyway.

Thumbs up

The weather was great here today. I shot baskets for about 20 minutes, then went for a bike ride for about 35 minutes and followed up with gardening for at least two hours. I'll be sore tomorrow but it's ok since I enjoyed myself so much.

Weather was beautiful here too! Took my bike to work and went out for a short ride after work. Did 19.75 miles in 1 hour and 11 minutes. The wind finally let up for a while today and it was a really pleasant ride!

Still have a dropped foot. Put my brace on, and high top boots. like it or not, I guess I have to accept that I actually have MS.

No walk today, as I am in full on trip over nothing there mode.

Where's BBS been lately? I miss her! I hope she's off having fun somewhere.

Spin class last night...1:05 at 80% avg and 88% max HR. 921 calories burned. Had a substitute instructor who I like, but who normally teaches very early in the morning. She put us through some tough high resistance intervals, but it was a fun class. My legs are still buzzing today.

Hi, there, I'm posting for BBS1951 She's fine, but her computer isn't!

She knew you guys would be wondering about her and asked me to post that:
"my computer has crashed, I dont know when I can get back, will someone else carry on the thread each month in my absence? Thanks."

I'm sure she will be back as soon as she can!
