Well I heard from the sleep disorder/pulmonary doctor (actually I called) and I have to go back next week for the second study. Even though I was sleeping very lightly, I stopped breathing about 22 times in an hour. That sounds like a lot. He said it was moderate apnea. But if I was sleeping deeply, it might be even worse. So I will be trying out the CPAP machines next Wednesday night. Doctor asked me if I took my ambien and I told him yes. He then wanted to know if I always sleep so lightly
