My neuro used to laugh at my descriptions, which I made up to help my hubby understand what was going on. You see, we're both big movie buffs and trivia type of people - so a lot of my descriptions are based on that.

On the days where I feel dizzy/lightheaded and off balance - I call them my Jack Sparrow days. I feel the same way the character looked on screen.

If I was having one of those days when I saw him, I'd get the full neurological exam including the heel & toe walking. The closing of eyes and keeping balance stuff. Mainly to see if that had gotten any worse.
