Default MS Bladder question

Hey you guys... So I have the neurogenic flaccid bladder thing where I can't empty my bladder all the way which means self cathing. Since I broke my back, the problem has gotten worse. For some reason my neuro prescribed me Detrol when I was there to help with the bladder thing.

Has any one else tried this? Because I know that Detrol is prescribed for overactive bladder to help calm the bladder spasms. The problem I have is that my bladder doesn't spasm when it is full. Anyways, started the meds today, and it is another med that has the "may cause drowsiness" label on it. I am now on 7 meds, 6 of which all cause drowsiness, and she wonders why I am having such an issue with the MS Fatigue!
