There are all sorts of "rescue remedies" for panic attacks. you can go to Evitamin.com or any of the other many places, but be careful as things like St. Johns Wart is the same as prozac and you dont want to over do on it.

I hope you find ways to distract yourself and get busy while your child is away. knit, cook, clean, read, watch a movie, call a friend, write a letter, start a book, go visiting, and so on.

I hope you feel better quick.
