I received this appeal (or rather the Wheelchair Kamikaze received this appeal) earlier tonight. I'm hoping all you good folks will help this desperate mom try to save her grievously ill son. It should only take a few seconds of your time.

I am writing to ask for your help in rallying the MS Community behind Hannah’s Hope, which is fighting to find a cure for GAN, a rare neurological disorder that appears in childhood. Hannah’s Hope is currently in third place for a $250K grant to fund research and NEEDS TO BE IN THIRD PLACE BY MIDNIGHT TODAY (August 31, 2010)
