I did manage a decent nap yesterday. Got up, gave jack food, and his pill to make him contract his bladder and we both went back to sleep. Nodded off watching TV, and then about 11pm jack started seeking the box about every 45 minutes. He would go very little, then be upset and come seek attention from me.

I think I am going to take a few days to do nothing. I have a few errands today and then the weekend belongs to me!

Will peek in now and again, but for the most part, i need sleep! real, long lasting, deep, restorative sleep.
