Default Annual check up with neuro today

Status quo, no problems. With all the stress I am going through with my Mom I wondered whether I should go but I knew I needed to see her so we could talk and she know what I have coming up. She gave me tips on how to de-stress twice a day. This is the year for my MRI but since I have been stable for years and no changes on my MRI she told me to call her when I ready to have it scheduled.
