I haven't been able to use it! I want to....but it's just too painful. I watched the video they sent with it. seems easy enough....definitely low impact. But my arms are just too achy to do that right now.

I tried it and it seemed easy enough but just wore me out. Plus, I figure it'll take twice as long for the soreness to go away if I use it while I'm already in pain.
