Default Wake-ups every night...

I'm just new..but I'm sure this question has been asked a zillion times. Do many people wake up most nights due to pains in the back, hips, legs, or arms. Right side worse than left side. What is it about lying down that makes pains worse?Sometimes it's more back than legs.
Also, lately my back is usually aching even in the days. It becomes very tiring to always have back pain, often right in the upper middle back along the spine area to the right.
