Eddie, I've started taking Methyl B12 every day - first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything. 5,000 mcg. Large dose but I need it. I felt a little better yesterday. Today, I got up at my usual time and have not felt the need for a nap. Not sure if it's the B-12 or not but Ima gonna keep taking it!
