i too think you should let an MD look at it.
it would have been a good thing to run cold water over the site when you first did it. that helps stop further skin from burning and brings down the temperature. keep it extremely covered with a sterile wrap. maybe you need to have your neuro evaluate you for the numbness in your arms. please let us know how you are.
