Default Taking Nattokinase--OT?

I am taking Nattokinase to ensure that my blood is not too viscous. I have high platelets so this is my reason for taking it. I am taking l/3 of a capsule a day during this trial period. It does not cost me much at this rate of consumption.
When I went for a CBC blood test on Thursday, I bled from the puncture wound as I left the clinic and had to go back to get wrapped up better. This probably shows my blood "thinned" quickly on Natto. I dropped the Baby Aspirin I was taking because obviously I might be getting too much blood thinning.

Is this related to MS? I don't know, but Dr. Swank said that some cells in the blood moved slowly in the presence of "fat"--that was one of his tests for MS.
He tested my blood, putting a little under a microscope with a drop of oil, and the cells slowed. I know from experience that his low fat diet helped me. I am still on it, although I eat more eggs than are on the diet. I also take 250 mg of non-flush niacin to keep the vascular system flowing, and i can tell if I forget it,
with eyes dimming. This has gone on for years and years.

I can't take Warfarin on Plavix or other blood thinners. I take green tea,
ginger tea, and E complex.

Mrs. D if you are reading could you please comment on my E complex. It has 400 IU d-alpha tocopherol and 400 mg of mixed tocopherols. Does this
add up to 800? I believe that is too much. I called the manufacturer and I don't think I got a clear answer. E helps me with spasm and jerks, along with magnesium.
