Default dont feel good, but cant place why

ever feel that way?

I am exhausted! I feel like I could fall asleep in the middle of traffic. I feel like I am fighting something, but cant figure it out. Tested my pee, and it is normal. no fever. I am stumbly, crampy, and grouchy. I feel wrung out, but have no explaination for it.

Anyone else ever do this? does it lead to something, or is it just something that will be gone when I wake up?

im off to bed and its only 6!

You took the words out of my mouth...I'm weak, tired, short of breath, and just plain feeling yucky. Otherwise things are great

it is hot hot hot here, but somehow that doesnt fit. I just feel completely spent! no spoons. perhaps its all that stress from the past week sliding off of me. its funny, when its stressful we must stand up, but after the stress, we tend to fall apart. or at least I do.

I feel yicky! i just had a red velvet cupcake (just in case it would help) and a glass of milk, and im off to bed!

I hear ya! But I think I'm feeling more like Debbie. I'm hoping that it's just a combination of heat and stress My husband picked me up from work Thursday and I felt like I was having an anxiety attack! Palpitations set in and felt like I couldn't get enough air in...felt off balance...pure crappiness! So much stress at work! Summer just doesn't seem to be agreeing with me

You know how you get that adrenaline rush when something emotionally stressful happens or you're dealing with someone who is hurt? Sort of like what you've been having, Dej. And afterwards.....once we calm down and take a breath......we're exhausted. I think it's just your body's way of responding to the stress. Don't fight it. Just take care of yourself, rest when your body tells you it needs to rest....even if you think it doesn't.....and give your mind a break. No decision making...or at least nothing big or important. Hang your "do not disturb" sign around your neck and turn off the lights!

You have been stressed for some time, I remember back during Mother's Day and it seems only now to begin to resolve itself.

What can you do to pamper yourself right now? Even if it is just a bowl of ice cream!

Sounds like we have the same virus. I'm hoping it's not my meds making me ill and pray that we'll all be better soon..

I'm really tired and exhausted today, but that's because I couldnt sleep till about 5am this morning, and then my mom came bursting into my bedroom at 830am wondering where her credit card was. (we cut it up friday after my dad lost his copy of the card and had to have it canceled)

She doesnt gently wake a person up, she comes in and scares the crap out of a person yelling. After I told her where her card was (she had a TBI 50yrs ago and sometimes has trouble remembering now) she went back upstairs and I went back to being an insomniac.

I'm tired, but I dont feel as bad as Dej was describing...and I have a reason for being exhausted.

Hope it's not a virus or anything that ticks off your MS Dej! Maybe it's an extra heavy case of the sleepies??

I think you hit it on the head Dejibo. All the stress of the past weeks, now you are on the down slope. It's like how we all are at Christmas. All the adrenalin, whether negative or positive and then it's over. Nothing to keep us going. No good feelings, bad feelings, just exhaustion. But yet you see your life has to go on and you have no idea how. Maybe your birthday had something todo with it. Another year older but where are you.

But we are all here for each other. We still have enough kick in us to kick some one else in the butt when they need it, give a hug over international waters, lend our ear and sometimes an all night late nite phone call.

Keep in there. You are our big sister!
