Wide-Dip Simulator 90lbs - 40
Pool Laps (14'x28') - 185
Curls 15lbs cable - 120
Curls 10lbs free weight - 160
Hand Gripper (softer the last 1) - 300
In Bed Triceps 15lbs - 300
MagnaTrainer hand cycle calories - 120
Miles pushed in wheelchair - 2.6 (it's hot)

Completed Lap 815 today for 2011. I never would've made it this far from barely going up/down driveway early 2007 without keeping my testosterone to upper limit..1000 or so give/take. This is why I stress men & women get testosterone level checked & adjusted. Tell me your test results. I also keep my Vitamin D level mid 80's. On Tysabri 1.5 yrs I believe. Copaxone prior 3 yrs with great results. Photos of my exercises are in profile.
