Well, if all you did was cheat with a protein bar, that's not so bad. I think I would have been juicing vodka with the veggies after that night!

it was a zero sugar bar at that! I miss diary! OMG I have craved milk, ice cream, whipped cream, butter! anything dairy! its been my biggest give up.

Dinner is spinach/sprouts/kale/orange/lemon/blackberry/apple with ice and water to thin it out a bit. YUM!

omg I am starting to wear a bit thin, but my tummy feels soooo much better! the pain is gone, things are moving, my bloat went away, and my hug is better. Cant beat that!

Will you start slowly adding back in solid foods?

I've been doing alot of research on juicers and the one you got seems to be the best I've found so far. I was surprised at the terrible reviews the Montel Williams one got. And it wasn't just one or two.....it was every single one of them!

I found this deal on the Jack LaLane juicer but haven't decided whether or not I'm going to do it or not. It will be a big chunk out of my budget but I've wanted to start juicing for a long time. Here's the link to what I found:

thats a good price for the stainles model. I reccomend the stainless one as the white one can stain a bit from all the juices.

I will start adding in food on Fri or Sat, I will start by adding a light breakfast, and juicing the rest of the day, and then the next day a light breakfast, light lunch...you get the idea.

Im telling ya, I am enjoying my juicer. its easy to clean, its really quiet compared to those fancy models, and it give pretty dry pulp that I am adding to recipes in the house.

I didnt think I would have the courage to do this juice fast thing, but my poor broken tummy sort of demanded that I give it a rest.

GAWD I hate MS!

OMG I have lost one pound per day that I have been on this silly juice fast. WOW! I didnt expect that.

I think today I will start adding in one small meal and seeing how that goes with my tummy. I have so much energy and my skin is clearing up, and my tummy bloat is gone...its been amazing!

ok, off to my carrot/spinach/apple/mangotini.

When I went off of the Master cleanse, I started out with just vegetable soup for a couple of days. It was fhs best thing I had ever eaten, lol. It really helps to start back with 'clean', organic foods. I stayed vegetarian for a couple of years after that. No dairy even. You have to learn to do amazing things with tofu and quinoa though . The taste of sugar made me sick back then. I wish I would've stuck with it but I started to get lazy and slowly went back to a crappy diet .

The Masters Cleanse is some serious stuff. I would never survive it. The stars use it because it completely wipes out your colon from any and all stuff left behind. ICK! The thing is once their event is over, they go back to real food and fill it back up again.

I am going to start adding small amounts of food later today, and lets see how my tummy behaves. I miss food! I miss flavor, and the feel of something on your tongue. My cravings for milk are less now, and so are my cravings for sugar stuff. I do think we can get addicted to sugar.

I have a ton more energy, and my mood is much more upbeat. I am being told to stop whistling several times a day. I am also walking faster, and sleeping better.
