I don't know if I can explain this properly, and maybe I'm just nuts. Sometimes I have 'memories' that I don't know for sure are dreams or reality, of fairly recent events. Some things that really feel like dreams, I know are actually reality because I have physical proof like surgical scars etc. Of course I was heavily medicated for that particular event!
I know that when I was doing neurofeedback, my brain waves while I was awake looked like a normal person's sleeping brain waves, so maybe my waking and sleeping states get confused in my memories? I also "lose" time. I can be sitting doing nothing in particular, and next thing I know several hours have passed. My DH will come home and ask what I did today, and I have to say "Not much" because it only seems like a short time since he left. I have to work very hard to be on time for anything, which never used to be a problem. Does anyone else have these issues, or is it just me?
