Hi HH , I am so sorry for your painful migraines.

Lesions in the brain and along the spinal column are signs of inflamation/injury/damage of/to the CNS. They could be from many illnesses, so is only part of the DX criteria. Lesions are the result of the injury not the cause of the illness.

Let us know how it goes after seeing your Neuro.
