hello and welcome to NT.
i can ship mine overnight Fed Ex!

i think it might be helpful to you to speak to your dr.
and/or a RD (registered dietician). your dr can give you a referral.
there are specific ways for thin people to gain wt, specific supplements, foods etc. i don't know what they are but i know the info is there. you just need to pick the right brain the same as a heavy person would do to lose wt.

let us know how you make out.
this will be important because you want to keep as much strength as possible.

Hello and WELCOME Carlisa!

Sorry to hear of your troubles with not being able to gain weight. I'm there with you, I just keep shedding off weight, even though I try to gain.

I don't like being called skinny, and I don't like that I am only 114 lbs. It seems unhealthy to me. My gma always pokes at it too. "Ana, if you lose one more pound you're gonna disappear!"

I have been trying my hardest to stack on weight and I can't. I am not sure what it is about MS that will cause us to lose the weight but I know I have MS to blame for it.

And I totally know how you feel about your heels. I tried to hang on to mine, hoping I'd be normal one day .... Then I got real with myself and donated them, lol.

Have you done any steroid treatments?

They had me on prednisone and solu-medral for so long I blew up to about 135 for a couple months. Then I dropped all the weight, pretty much over night, and it continues to drop.

If you figure out the key to at least stabilizing weight, lemme know!
I'm skin and bones... and it's gross. lol

again...
WELCOME TO NEUROTALK!
