Tongue Neuro check up today

MS neuro check up today. Everything was ok but I had gained ten pounds since March.

Told him I was concerned and wondered if my work schedule is responsible, etc... Told him the primary doctor said I'm still within average for my height. His response: so, you are 20 pounds overweight. Then gave me his tips for losing weight.

Oh well, he isn't a psychologist, I suppose that's what I need. Other than that, everything else was good.
