I felt like ---- till I started pushing my bod, taking B12 & testosterone. My back & head were ready to quit so I started pushing wheelchair but, to do so, I had to squash the pain. Took what I had to, exercised daily (still do), keep my testosterone level (yes you women have testosterone as well) & B12 at the top of range & never looked back. Swam 2,100 laps in my pool this yr, 800 last yr. I'm at mile 185 or so in chair for 2011 as well. Will make 200 by 12/31.

Buy small cheap mp3 player, Sony ear buds, have someone fill it with your fav music & hit the streets. Works.
