I do not know the name of the OTC medication or how it works.

No other details were provided, and so now you know all that I know.

Let's hope for the best!
So does this means I should run out and get this pine bark stuff and try it out for my MS?

No updates yet.

I will ask for updates when I see my doc in two months for a check-up.

Oh yes, Debbie. I have such terrible skin, with keratoses. I've had 63 skin cancers but they are not as bad in effect as the keratoses, which itch, bleed if I scratch, etc. The dermatologists don't even consider them a problem. I might try pycogenol. I really need help, but then I need help with lots of things.

Like Jack, I get really bad if in the hospital and not having supplements. I have leg jerks and spasm, atrial fibrillation, etc. Well, the a-fib is more due to not having propanalol rather than supplements, but the first 24 hours before they give you your meds are hell for me--a fib for sure....legs and lower back jerking spasmodically all night. Makes me realize it's hopeless to go to the ER if you think they might admit you. When my husband was in the hospital I could bring his supplements but I have no one to bring me mine.

Jack, I am now up to 1200 D3 a day, as my pcp suggested raising the amount. I first increased it on your recommendation, but this is the highest I've been.

My neuro suggested 1200mg of Vit D3 also. Just for overall good neuro health.
