Default pine bark stuff(Pycnogenol)

This pine bark stuff has helped reduce my psoriasis. I gave a 4 month supply to my brother to help with his arthritis and he reported back to me that it almost "cured" his psoriasis.

When I was in the hospital for 60 days and could not take my supplements, my psoriasis can back with a vengence. It took about 3 months before I noticed it was almost totally gone after I again started taking the bark stuff(Pycnogenol) 100mg AM & PM. I did not know untill yesterday which supplement was responsible for the improvement.

The pine bark stuff(Pycnogenol) also loweres MMP-9s levels and thus reduces MS damage.

Abstract
The effect of French maritime pine bark extract (PBE) on the gene expression profile of HaCaT human keratinocytes was studied using high density filter arrays. The expression profile of both control and PBE-treated cells was determined. Interestingly, PBE was shown to downregulate both calgranulin A and B genes which are known to be upregulated in psoriasis and various dermatoses. Thus, PBE could be considered in human dermatoses.
