Sheesh Karilann, what a horror story.. I can see shipments being a little late due to the season, but this is rediculous.

Sounds like someone new is working on your account and doesn't know what the **** they're doing.. Or... too many cooks in the kitchen.

I hope you get it all straightened out soon, BTW, I don't think a week of no shots would hurt, but not sure about two weeks?
