laura describes it perfectly! I gave myself a complete electonic break, and didnt play games, watch movies, read books, or try to process anything visually. Life doesnt work like that tho. I cannot keep on my dark googles that only let in 4% of the light forever. When I take off my glasses, I am sea sick, my eyes really hurt, even just to move them, and I wake every morning with a horrible headache.

I am photo phobic, cant stand the smallest amounts of light as I feel they are burring into my brain and blistering my optic nerve. My eyes are soooo painful! it burrows into my brain and to do little things like cough make my brain feel bruised, and sore. If I blow my nose I have to hang on or sit down because it really hurts my brain to increase the pressure inside my head. sometimes just the act of swallowing makes my brain feel bruised and upset.

I again woke with a headache. im quite tired of this now.
