I have HypoKalemic Periodic Paralysis so the depletion of potassium makes it so that I can't use the steroids. I had a different page that listed more potassium rich foods but when a virus wiped out my computer I lost the link. This one has a pretty good list.

If you use fresh spinach in a smoothie with pineapple and strawberry with a little honey to sweeten it's great!

I hope you start feeling better soon!

Okay I just read some of the comments on that page and if you read them there is a link to a usda page that has 26 pages of potassium rich food!
