Wisest Elder Ever

It's because of the way I walk. I just wonder if there are any PT exercises that can relieve it?
I try to walk normally but, as you all probably know, that's just not possible. Even when I use my cane I still wobble. And my gait is anything but smooth. What have those who have this issue done to relieve it?
