It is a very good article! I am a firm believer in Kripula yoga. It is gentle, but allows me to get all the stretching that I am able to do. I was very lucky, when the NMSS offered classes for a short period about two months after I was diagnosed. I took the classes, and now do it at home by tape. One of the things that I always enjoy recommending, because I do think it helps. (If only I would find the time to always do it on a regular basis.)
