Default My skin hurts

Hi. I don't really think I'm new here. Just been a very, very long time since I visited. I have, of course, MS. I'm experiencing something new and am wondering if it's MS related. From the bottom of my spine and around my left side (just above the hip), my skin hurts. It hurts to touch it and it feels warm. Could this be some kind of neuralgia?
