Did my lowly mile today. It was a slow mile and I have a ways to go before I have the pep and drive to want to go further, but at least I am able to get the mile down. I need rest after and it takes a few hours to get my legs back under me, but im trying.
What did you wiggle in public today? Anyone try Zumba? what did you think?
