Default Update from me: Mestonin made a huge improvement

Hi friends,
For a few months now I've been posting back and forth between the MS board and the MG (myasthenia gravis) board. I was undiagnosed but working through all the neurology stuff.

Yesterday I saw my new neruologist, who specializes in myasthenia and also in neuromuscular disorders.

Long story short, he prescribed me a trial dose of Mestonin (MG medication), and after taking it I immediately felt much better. Amazing!

He also ordered more tests, ones that hadn't been done yet. Including a facial EMG (sounds like some awful spa service), blood work, and possibly a muscle biopsy.

So it sounds like for the time being I'll continue to hang out on the MG board, but wanted to drop a line back here to say hi.
