![]() Being an X-Policeman myself...............it's nice to know I'm loved! ![]() I think your on your way to discovering just what spasticity is and how it can affect your workouts. It can bring you to a sudden stop of whatever activiting you're involved in while using the legs. Calve muscles will "lock up" on you and you will experience mild to severe pain. Stretching the muscle may bring some relief. I've learned to just suck it up and work through the pain until the muscles relax again. BTW WELCOME ![]() Again, welcome! ![]() |
