Glad to know im not the only weird one in the group. A question of "how does she get you to sweat" was asked. She told me my lymphatic system was blocked up, and she is "opening channels" she is giving me a lympathic treatment fluid that I spread on my chest 3x a day. have no idea whats in it, and im not gonna read the tiny print. Would need a super duper magnifier to see it.

For the first time in a while I woke up sweaty. its very humid out tho. I am wondering if that did it, but it reminded me of days gone by.

ok, im off to sweat on my walk.
