I'm so-so today physically, lame shoulder, sore knee, stiff muscles. But it's the psychological effects that I'm having trouble with.

I'm okay! I'm glad I didn't pull any muscles this time. Last time, when my body moved but my feet stayed firmly planted, I pulled a muscle in my back and boy was that ever painful. We don't realize how man muscles we use until we injure one of them.

B2Y, glad you're not hurt too badly. Don't let it bring you down (no pun intended ). We've got too much to look forward to.

I know all about falls too. I had a bad one in October and thought Id broken my hip! Thank God I didnt, but I sure was sore and bruised. I just had a fall last night in the bathroom. Tried to stop myself with my cane and wound up putting the cane thru the bathroom door instead! Nice hole to fix now, but no other damage. Im back to using my walker now around the house. DH insisted, I had to agree. My cane just isnt doing the job now.

Glad to hear you and Kitty are feeling better. Falls can really mess with your mind not to mention the body.

I fall a lot. I have a walker and I even trip over it. I have broken bones. I am sporting a lovely sprain and bruise on my left thumb and my right shoulder is making it painful to take a deep breath. I dread sneezing!

I am sorry you fell and glad you did not break anything.

I am taking oxycodone to sleep, can only sleep on my back right now and that is difficult because I am a side sleeper.

Misery loves company and I am just dropping (uh, excuse the pun) in to give you sympathy and virtual tea.
