I have drop foot. While walking back to bed last night, my toes got caught under me and I fell. Hit the floor like a pro wrestler. Lucky for me I didnt hit my head on the dresser again. DH helped me up and told me to stay in bed! I was waaay ahead of him on that one

I hope you didn't hurt yourself. After you get the AFO maybe you could spread the secrets of getting them w/o an RX. ![]() Toes up today, ANN |

There are many kinds of them for foot drop that you can get on-line or I believe over the counter. Here is just an example.
http://www.x-strap.com/ However, if you get an actual AFO (Ankle Foot Orthoses) you have to go thru an orthotist. That has to be fit to your needs. There are many kinds of those as well. Could you post what he is talking about? Thanks much.

You hit it on the head Kitt. Im going online to get one. Its the same thing just without a script. I need one desperately and this is the only way I can get one right now. I have no insurance. And Im fine btw. I hurt my leg and hip but by the next day the pain was gone ![]()
