Yikes! How scary for you. Hug pain is something I deal with on a daily basis to varying degrees. I hope the LDN helps you.

Did they mention why your O2 was so low? Was it due to pain? I'm just curious as I have never had an O2 level that low with or without the hug and if I did, other testing would be done such as a chest X-ray and/or cardiac testing and some blood work to check for anemia. Anything below 90% is abnormal. 59% would certainly be hypoexmic. Of course, if you were hyperventilating I could understand a low level but still, I'm surprised they didn't do more to investigate that before sending you home.

There are many threads on here pertaining to the hug with lots of great suggestions.
