This is one of those scary things for all of us, isn't it? Especially when we are alone.

Yesterday I was sitting on a small wall (about 15" high) cutting down my tall grasses that surround my deck. I was there for about 20 minutes.
When I attempted to get up, there was no way my legs were going to allow it...I called my golden doodle over to see if I could use him as something to push on to lift myself, but he's too small. I sat there for over 10 minutes, fearing I'd have to wait until DH got home 2 hours later before I would be able to stand.
Finally, I worked my legs into some way that would allow me to stand. It scared me so much...is this my future?
