I avoid loud places at all costs. Places like bars actually make me unbalanced, dizzy, fatigued. It is to much sensory things going on at one time.

Hang in there Debbie! I've been that way for years. It is very difficult for me to focus and concentrate or have conversations when there is a ton of background noise. I find that if I am fatigued it is far worse; therefore, if I am going somewhere that I know there will be a lot of noise I make sure I rest up and nap before going, if I can. I also go to places that tend to be quieter or go at times that I know they won't be busy. The library is great for that.
