Thanks everybody! The neurologist I am currently working with is not very accessible. I've heard she is good, so might be because I have no definitive diagnosis yet; but we'll see how this next appointment goes.

I've tried some creams and oatmeal bath. Nothing is helping. I finally broke down last night and took some Advil PM so I could get some sleep. It is maddening and yes I noticed it more once I was in bed and the house and kids were quiet. It's persisting into today. If it is still present tomorrow I may try the neurologist.

My PCP is reluctant to prescribe anything because he fears any medications would mess with the neurologists assessments and cause a missed or wrong diagnosis.

For now I just have to deal with the day-to-day problems and keep a log.
