hip hop abs sounds like a high impact exercise.

With ms, you'll need to find a low impact exercise. For me, I choose yoga. It stretches your muscles and works them out without overdoing it. Swimming is probably the best excercise for MSers. Good, low impact, great cardio and you stay cool as doing so.

I cut red meat completely out of my diet. I would highly recommend doing so. Im working on removing yeast, dairy, and eggs. I think im addicted to bread and ice cream so that has been unsuccessful, lol.

I used to eat a burger for lunch and a steak for dinner. It was hard but has paid off. I sneak pepperoni and bacon occassiinally, but always pay for it.. Usually those items will make the uncontrollable jerking on my left side kick in. ugh, ms sucks.

I hope this helps some
