Default Is there any way to beat the exhaustion?

I cannot even function! Cannot focus. Even trying accomplish basic household duties is wearing me out. I just want to go back to bed and sleep or just lay there staring with no thoughts. Even something as simple as reading seems like a major effort and too much. I cannot stand feeling like this. Feeling so down and just plain useless to the world.

Is there anything that helps? Have drank almost a whole pot of coffee in hopes I could maybe get to a point of functioning, but nothing.
