This is part of the "flight, fight, freeze" response. Stress, anxiety/panic attack disorders can cause this.

This is not a "MS symptom" but a normal reaction for many people. The symptoms experienced during your "Adrenalin rushes" are normal.

3. My nails have gone white. All labs normal. It took three doctors before someone defined them-Terry's nails. Still no one knows why my nails on my feet and hands have turned white.
This would not be related to MS.

5. TMI. I have GI problems. My left side of my large intestine NEVER fully evacuates. Not even when they brought me in for a sigmoidoscopy and gave me a hospital grade enema. The doctor said the muscle in the bowel looked fine but could something neurological cause this part to never empty completely? ?? This has been plaguing me for five years.
If you deal with anxiety/panic attacks/stress this can mess with your bowels (constipation and/or diarrhea).

You may want to consult with a Psychiatrist to evaluate your "adrenaline Rushes" and see if medication might be an option. If so, your symptoms might improve. You could also try Mindful Meditation and see if you can get some control over your flight/fight/freeze reactions.

Best wishes and I hope you get answers to health concerns soon.
