You have mentioned several times GI issues as well as bad chest pains. Have you seen a GI dr? It may be worth your while to go see one and get scoped. Many of us MSers have GI issues in addition to our normal symptoms. I have esophageal spasms that can cause an awful pain in your chest, similar to a heart attack. I have nitroglycerin to take for when they get severe. Also, reflux can cause the pain, nausea, and diarrhea that you are talking about, as can gallbladder diseases, ulcers, gastritis, etc. Costochondritis, which I get often, can be very painful as well.

Going to a pain specialist can be very beneficial. Their goal is to treat you with out many medications. Their methods have proven successful for so many patients. I know of patients that have gone from being on a bunch of pain meds down to an injection a month or even natural supplements.

Remember, not all pains are related to MS. Talk to your PCP about seeing a GI dr and getting checked out.
