Default Jaw Clenching

Just curious if anyone has a problems with clenching their jaw.
I can notice it big time when I wake up, so i think a good majority of it is done during my sleep, but I sure feel it the next day. I do feel tense most days, but I have just started a medication nortriptyline so hopefully this helps with the tenseness.

I notice it's alot worse the night that I take my Avonex shot.

Thanks!
