Default Newest Symptom - Tingling in the back

I've been very groggy the last few days - and last night I didn't sleep until 3am. I woke up at 7am to go to the bathroom, then went back to sleep (it was hard to move). I woke up then around 2pm. I was so groggy still but stayed awake until 5pm. I laid down with my little chiwawa, and went to sleep but before I did I noticed something. My entire back began to feel like pins and needles - tingling. It kinda hurt but it felt so weird. I've had back pain for a long time but never this tingling, pins and needles feeling.
