I went off all dairy for about 5 years for digestive reasons, which did help that. It didn't change a darn thing with respect to the MS though as I had 2 or 3 flares during that time.
Now I only use a bit of cream in my coffee and the occasional serving of yogurt because I found that being off it for so long, made my system no longer able to tolerate dairy. I've heard of similar experiences from others who have eliminated it for a while and then tried to resume eating it (be forewarned).

Hope that it helps you if that is your intention.

With love, Erika
