Erika, I feel that the inflammation switch is located in the diet. I also think that it may take a longer time to turn off the switch and change the course of inflammation, just as it took awhile for the symptoms of the inflammation to manifest. and while its not about inflammation directly, its just another pointer in the direction of how our diet is key to our wellness. I struggle with eating better, I am a sugar fiend and know that I need more greens. I wish I had better willpower to eat better. I am certain it could do no harm!!! best to you |
